Women's Leadership Development Institute

The Women’s Leadership Development Institute 101 (WLDI) is an intensive 9-month training institute designed to assist women with becoming effective ministry servant-leaders. The program consists of nine 3-hour classes that meet 9:00-12 noon, the third Saturday of each month from September to June (exceptions are noted in the schedule).  There will be a holiday fellowship event in December instead of a class.   Participants are also required to take the Bridgeway S.H.A.P.E. class if they have not taken it prior to starting WLDI 101, complete a final project and become a partner in order to graduate.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must have accepted Christ as personal Savior and Lord
• Must be 20 years of age or older
• Must have leadership capability demonstrated by prior volunteer or work experience
• Must have basic knowledge of the Word of God
• Must be a Bridgeway partner or willing to work towards Bridgeway partnership.
• Must be willing to serve in ministry at Bridgeway during and upon completion of the program

Fee: $30 (non-refundable / payable through the women’s ministry website, or at the first session.

WLDI 101 Registration is Underway!

The 2011-12 WLDI 101 program year started September 2011.  Detailed information is posted on the City. 

This program is designed to equip women to lead others by following the leadership model of Jesus Christ.
